Characteristics
JL-WH08A is a copper plated non alloy submerged arc welding wire, which is used for submerged arc automatic welding with flux JL-HJ431. The weld metal has excellent mechanical properties. Good welding processability, easy slag removal, and stable arc combustion.

Note:
- Flux should be baked at 250-400℃ for 1-2 hours before use. Welding wire should be dry, Free of oil and rust before use.
- Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil stains, and moisture must be removed from the welded parts.
