Application

Welding low-carbon steel structures, particularly suitable for thin sheet small components and cover pass welding.

Characteristics

Non-alloy steel electrode, with rutile-type coating, suitable for all-position welding, compatible with both AC and DC, featuring good operability, minimal spatter, excellent slag removal, and easy re-ignition.

Note

Under normal circumstances, the electrode does not need to be baked before welding. If the electrode becomes damp, it should be baked at 70-90°C for 1 hour before using.

Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil, and moisture on the work piece must be removed.

During welding, the electrode should not be swung excessively, and the arc length should be maintained at an appropriate level.
